What I liked

I visted William Harvey A&E on Sunday 29th July 2012 following a fainting episode which resulted in a fall and injuries to my face. I was seen almost immediately on arrival and the treatment I received was exemplary. The staff were very competent and reassuring and the care taken in attempting to identify the cause of my fall and ensuring I had not suffered any lasting damge was well beyond my expectations.

I would be very grateful if you could arrange for my thanks to be passed on to the staff in A&E who are a credit to William Harvey Hopsital and the NHS.
