"A very positive experience"

What I liked

I attended the hospital as a day patient for surgery and was admitted to ward 11. My entire experience was a very positive one. The staff were, without exception lovely, they were kind and attentive and kept me well informed of what I was likely to expect and what would happen to me. The ward was clean and the experience, whilst not enjoyable, was as stress free as it could have possibly been. Thank you Southmead you have done yourself proud, and I would recommend you to anyone who asks.
