"A very good all round service ,made the whole..."

What I liked

Everything is so punctual at this hospital ,after changing into my gown I was brought a drink of my choice in either a cup or mug and within five minutes the Consultant came to see me and five minutes after that I was on my way to surgery and never felt a thing . All the staff I have met on this day unit and at the Podiatry department were so friendly and put me at ease .One thing that no other hospital seems to do to is everything runs on time ,no waiting for ages all very efficient .

Cannot fault this place what so ever , I was more than pleased to travel from Tamworth for a service like this .110 % satisfied

What could be improved

Don't see that anything could .
