What I liked
The nurse who attended me in accident and emergency, was very kind, proffessional, and helpful. I came in with a broken toe, and she was very helpful. Se was doing her best dealing with patient list to cut down waiting time. Waiting time was very reasonable considering it was evening time and there were a lot of patients with poss broken ligaments etc.
What could be improved
Some of patients were asked about their personal details in the main waiting area which could have been embarrassing for some due to lack of privacy, although this was being done to reduce waiting time. She was being as helpful as she possibly could.
"I was happy with the relatively short waiting time..."
