What I liked

My mum had stroke and was cared for on e58 ward,the staff were professional in there job role, they all gave a very personal service no matter how busy they were and any concerns were adressed straight away giving piece of mind. Although all staff were fantastic one in particular was outstanding to myself and my family. I felt compelled to give feedback around all staff from tea lady to auxillary and qualified nurses and doctors, how the whole service was seamless and professional from beginning to end,hospitals seam to have a bad press not Sunderland Royal in one word exceptional....thank you for your care for my mum x

What could be improved

To carry on doing what you do...fantastic!
