What I liked

i have been visiting the hospital since January 2012 have been attending the urology dept,main outpatients surgical day unit and the pre assessment clinical and ward 5 all i can say about all the departments is brilliant all the staff are exceptional caring and calming this includes clinical and non clinical staff i have formed friendships with all .i am getting the best treatment possible although i have suffered a set back the treatment ive been receiving is globally unavailable until December 2013

but im confident i will be cared for with another type of treatment so fingers crossed and carry on the great work james cook.

What could be improved
