"Lovely hospital. Can't fault it."

What I liked

Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated by a particular consultant. I have had to chase everything up from start to finish. I will be putting a complaint in and also seeking advice regarding medical negligence. The ward staff and nurses were second to none. The amenities on the ward were second to none. Like I say, the only complaint I have is against a surgeon, who I found patronising and felt that we were being fobbed off most of the time. All in all, not a happy experience.

What could be improved

Consultants listening more to their patients and not being lied to about their treatment.
