What I liked
The waiting room is very pleasant,clean and a good enviroment to wait in
The consultant saw me on time was very good explaining the procedure to be carried out
the information details i receieved confirming my appoitment was clear written in plain english with good directions to the centre and briefly explained what was due to happen.
The receptions were very nice and friendly
What could be improved

If travelling by foot allow approx 20 minutes to walk to the centre from Matalan
