the meals were not hot by the time they reached the wards.

I had my right total knee replacement in William Harvey hospital Ashford on November22nd 2011 and then returned on July 3rd 2012 for left Total knee replacement both times on Kings ward 2 and went home on the 5th July. All the staff were very positive and encouraging. I had a spinal anesthetic both times and was put at ease by the whole team.
