What could be improved

My father was left dirty when he had a bad tummy. I was told that he should be more sensible and go to the toilet. (part of my fathers condition is that he loses control of his bowels).

One afternoon I saw that he had tablets on his bedside table that he should have taken in the morning. Noone had checked.

When I asked to speak about my fathers condition the nurse would roll her eyes to heaven and sigh.

I am appalled that patients can be treated in such a way,

Finally when they decided to transfer my father to Tooting they didnt even phone me to inform me.
