"Very caring."

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

What I liked

I feel I must write to thank everyone at the A and E at QEQM for their kindness on Sunday when my 89 year old mum Doris Lamport was rushed in by ambulance after after a fall in Birchington. Mums spirits were constantly lifted from the ambulance crew to the staff at hospital. Often joking with mum keeping her feeling confidently cared for. She came back with the CT scan man chuckling away. Thank you all so much.

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

Even the ambulance man came back later to see how I was.

Thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to post your kind comments. Your feedback is much appreciated, I will make sure that the feedback you provided is passed to the staff at the A & E department at the QEQM and the ambulance crew. I hope your mum is now on the road to recovery.
