What I liked

As a traveller to the UK, being ill was a great shame and frightening. Thanks to a combination of good friends and helpful staff, my fear was alleviated. I would like to thank the staff for their considerate, thorough and warm attitude whilst I was with them. Thanks to their assistance I was able to continue on my travels. Thank you to all the young staff who were of great help. I sincerely wish them well with their futures.

What could be improved

I noted that the person at reception incorrectly recorded the address at which I was staying which means that the people at the wrong address are in for a surprise letter!
