What I liked
For a first appt of the day, took nearly 3 hours to be seen. No feedback from Nurses to say what was happening. The waiting room absolutely full and daunting and staff discussing your details infront of others. I did not like it.
What could be improved
More communication with staff, find the HCA staff rude at times.
