What I liked

On entering the hospital (QEQM) I found the staff to be helpful and this was from the cleaners who pointed me in the right way to the cardioversion ward,to the nurses, anesthetist and doctor. It also included the person who was in charge of food and I found the mushroom risotto to be delicious.

The experience was excellent. It worked!

What could be improved

Difficult to think of any area for improvement.

Thank you for providing such lovely feedback across the board. I will provide your feedback to the Cardiology Services who I am sure will be delighted. We have recently changed our catering provider which will ensure patients receive a larger choice of food to choose from. It is great to hear that you thought the food was delicious , I will make sure that this is fedback also.
