What I liked
Loved everything about the Hospital since my first visit as an outpatient at Fulham Road in March 2012. All the staff including receptionists and security was very kind, helpful and professional and worked great as a team! The Clinical Nurse Specialist in Asthma was lovely! Thank you very much! From the very first moment I knew- I am in the safe hands! Then I was admitted to Lind Ward for Difficult Asthma protocol for 5 days in June 2012. I was staying at Lind Ward. And again, I was treated very good! All the staff works hard and very well together as a team. You can feel the great atmosphere as soon as you meet the nurses. They have very good relationship between themselves and it works very good for patients. You can really feel yourself cared about as a member of the family. They are there for you all the time. You are so lovely people and a great team of professionals!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! All the doctors were also great! Even cleaners and kitchen porters were very nice and did a great job! All the patients were very kind and took care of each other! Thanks alot to the Lung Function staff, doctors, nurses, receptionist! You helped me to get through the difficult and unpleasant tests. Many thanks to X-rays, CT scan, Blood tets, ENT, pharmacy, kitchen staff! You all are busy bees and great people!
Visited hospital again as an outpatient on the 11 of July and was very happy with care and treatment again.
I wish all hospitals were so excellent!
What could be improved
Just one thing. If it is possible, change the disinfectant( I think it was something like chlorine bleach) to something with not such a strong smell, please! I had very bad reaction to it. (((( I am sorry....
"I would definitely recommend this hospital to..."
