What I liked

I visited ENT on 9th July 2012 for my first consultation. I first met with a student Doctor who was very respectful and put me at ease. After meeting the Consultant both myself and my Father were very impressed with all aspects of the consultation. Notes, emails and scans were ordered before we left the room.

Anything else?

Reception was helpful and curtious. We only waited at the most ten miniutes before beeing seen.
