What I liked

Appointment was on time, no unnecessary waiting. Clear explanation of procedure and various options. Very reassuring and caring staff. Allowed good time for recovery.

What could be improved

The addition of a named consultant on appointment letter.

Anything else?

An exceptional very well run unit.
