"My overall experience was poor"

I received a letter on the 6th of July asking me to call to make an appointment. I started calling that day and every day several times a day but my call was not answered. It was not until the morning of the 13th of July before my call was answered. I think this has to be improved as it is very frustrating. The letter also states in bold that "if we have not heard from you within two weeks from the date on the top of the letter we will assume you no longer require........... and you will be discharged. If this had continued for another week I would have missed my appointment.
