What I liked

i was refered to the ENT department after much debating with my own gp. I was seen quickly by the doctor and their team and refered for surgury quick. The hospital it self is very nice and modern with great coffee shops as you walk in. The only real disapointment was my pre-op

that was rushed, and i didnt get chance to sit and fill the form out properly even tho i was thirty minutes early for my appointment,instead i was filling it in while the support worker was doing checks. I have to say that the doctor and their team , are very good, very professional and a pleasure to have been under. They even took the time to see me after surgury with their team to say every thing went good, which i was not expecting. I still have a follow up appointment at ENT for my results.I do hope after writing this review they get credit where credit is definately due to such a wonderful team.

What could be improved

Given time to fill out forms correctly with out being rushed or having to be put down inbetween checks at pre-op.

Anything else?

The manor Hospital does get lots of negative feed back, but i can honestly say that the dedication the doctor and their team gave me under their care was a excellent service. Well done ENT department

Your comments regarding your experience of the pre-operative care will be will be taken back to the theatre team, as although the process has been designed to ensure patients receive their care and treatment quickly, we do not want people to feel rushed prior to their surgery.
