What I liked

My dad was admitted to the short stay unit and ended up staying two weeks. Staff put the patient first and regularly updated the family no matter how busy they were. You never felt in the way and his room was spotless. Staff treated my dad with dignity and respect and involved him totally in decisions.

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

Well done to all the staff from the porters to the surgical and medical staff for having such a wonderful team. Bad comments are always in the media and such a committed team in a culture of cutbacks should be recognised.
