"Can't get a dentist in Bradford."

I have 3 children under 10. We have been trying to find a dentist in our area for 3 years and I cannot find one. I can find plenty in Leeds or Halifax (which is no good as I have no transport) but none in the Bradford area that are accepting NHS patients unless I sign up to their practice as a fee paying adult, which I think is absolutely disgusting. I have worked all my life and paid my stamp and my taxes and not only am I being denied basic care but they are actually asking me to pay again! My children have no dental care and one of my daughters is lactose intolerant and suffered from low calcium and has very weak teeth. I'm at my wits end..: (
