"My experience of E ward gynaecology Ormskirk hospital"

Whilst I was a patient on this ward, I felt that I saw little sign of confidentiality or professionalism from the staff. I could hear some nurses talking loudly about other patients' problems and illnesses. And I felt that the communication skills was very unprofessional, which gave me no confidence in the nurses who cared for me on the gyneacology ward. It didn't seem like a safe or organised environment. I do not want to go there as a patient again.

I was not offered any water, and I believe that the staff seemed to keep poor documentation on paper work. I feel that the nurses need updates on infection control, I never saw any hand washing completed. I also saw the nurses was laughing and joking behind the nurses station. I felt that the confidentiality attitude was lacking, as they were talking about other patients' problems.
