What I liked

I have never had to go into hospital before and had no idea what to expect.

From meeting the people in Pre-Operative Health dept,(which was a great help as they explained what was wrong with me and how i would be treated also going through the operation procedure so i knew what to expect)

To meeting the anaesthetist who made me feel i would be in safe hands.

And finally the nurses on the ward who were exceptional in careing for me.

The consultant must get a mention as he diagnosed my condition and was absolutely charming explaining everything to me at that time.

So a Big Thank You
