What could be improved
The time mangement is actually a disgrace, why book me in for an appointment at 9.10am for the doctor to only come in at 10.00, then I'm the 5th person to seen waiting for 1-3 hours.
It's always delayed they need to stick the the time management and improve it it's ridiculous.
