What I liked

I had one night in a ward after my gall stone operation and was very well cared for. This was the first time I have had an operation and not been very sick after. I have made a good recovery.

What could be improved

The operation was cancelled several times after I had attended and waited a long time but I imagine this was unavoidable. The staff were apologetic and on one occasion found me a bed to rest on and a cup of tea.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that we had to cancel your operation several times and you had a long wait. We are making much better progress in not cancelling operations. Every good wish to you for your continued recovery.
