What I liked

I had a tear in my retina, I was given prompt, efficient and competent treatment on the same day that I attended. It was a very worrying time for me as I found out that without such prompt treatment I could have lost the sight in my eye. I felt my case was dealt with care and respect. Thank you to all concerned.

What could be improved

Smaller reception area and larger waiting room in the emergency clinic.

I am sorry to hear about the tear in your retina, but so pleased we were able to help.

I have passed your comments on to the team involved. I know they will be very happy.

Thank you also for your feedback about the reception and waiting room areas. As you may know, we are able to make significant changes to the layout of Sutton Hospital as part of plans to spend £219 million redeveloping St Helier Hospital.
