What I liked

my mother-in-law was admitted on wednesday 27th of june she is currently in mau, my only complaint is that when we have have visited her we are are not given any information on her condition or well being,i am sure that many other relatives of other patients must feel the same, surely it would be better for all concerned to be told of patients condition & progress when we visit so we know whats going on. thank you.

Thank you for your comments, I was sorry to read that you feel you were not offered information on your mother-in-law.

Staff caring for her should have updated her on her care and treatment which could have been shared with you with consent from your mother in law.

Your comments have been forwarded to the Medical Admissions Unit.
