What I liked

I was seen at my appointment time, the clinic was spotless and the staff I saw were fantastic...I was very scared and they went out of their way to help me.

I was treated with kindness, warmth and humour.

Everything was explained to me clearly...

What could be improved

Nothing.

Anything else?

Everything I had read said that I would have to sign a consent form...this didn't happen. Also the literature sent out about the procedure isn't that clear...it's a "you might have"

Women want definitives whenever possible!
