What I liked

The staff on the helen donald unit are all so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. They treat you as an individual an even when they are busy they take the time to make sure you are ok.

Plently of cups of tea/ biscuits offered.

It makes what is a bit of a rubbish time seem not so bad.

What could be improved

Its a bit chilly on the unit.
