What could be improved
999 service was appalling. There was an emergency where I needed the nearest a&e hospital address to quickly take someone in as i was in an unfamiliar area where i struggled with my exact location.?The call assistant refused to give me an address which wasted time during a friends early stages of a severe allergic reaction which we knew the early signs of. This caused an ambulance to be sent which wasted time. The call operator repeatedly threatened to cancel the call and not help me until I agreed to have an ambulance sent and wait.
Anything else?
Please remedy this frankly a joke when someone is requesting a simple address in an emergency to save time and has potentially dire consequences.
