What I liked

I'm very surprised to see the poor comments about the Eye Hospital. I've been seen there regularly for a couple of years now and have never had anything other than first class treatment. the facilities are excellent, well sign posted and clean. the staff have always treated me with courtesy and respect, keeping me well informed at all times. Yes, sometimes there have been long waits but that is the case right through the NHS these days, it's not unique to this facility. I've been so impressed with the way that things run at M.R.I. as a whole that I have had my treatments at another local hospital transferred here as the treatment there really was truly abysmal.

I have a suspicion that the reason for so many negative comments could be that unless something goes very wrong, people don't often take the time to give feedback.

What could be improved

I'ts obviously never true to say that nothing could be improved, there are times when more doctors would seem like a good idea but obviously there are availability and financial issues so that's not an easy solution. One thing that would be nice would be some form of display to let people know how long the wait is going to be although again, this may be more complicated than it sounds.
