What I liked

Very little, though I did feel that the Critical care services ward was very good at looking after my Nan.

What could be improved

Newton 4, in my opinion, has got to be the worst ward in the hospital. It smells awful, and is clearly unhygienic. When my Nan was moved there she was genuinely scared that she was just going to be left.
