Dear Sirs

I have been attending radiotherapy department now for 3 weeks halfway point for treatment

another 3 weeks to go.

South Wing I would like to let youknow that I have been treated well and with

kindness and respect by all the staff all of the time I have been attending.

All of my appointments have been on time or early.

Whilst writing I would also like to mention your transport department I would like to say that my experience with the members of your staff have also been a pleasure they have always been polite and and say hello and goodbye and they know me by name.

Would you please pass on my comments to both department members of staff.

Please thank all your staff for me once again it has been avery nice experience.
