What I liked

This was my second visit this year and the third in the last 9 years, firstly greatly improved from 9 years ago, had one hip done in Feb and another last week. Great staff from surgeons down, thanks to two especially I think they are auxillaries very cheery and keep people sane when they are sometimes in a insane enviroment.

You are all doing your best under very trying circumstances, maybe some of the managers would care to do some shifts and learn lessons.

What could be improved

More check up on cleaners, the ward manager should be responsible for making random checks.
