"Overall a good stay but a few details let staff..."

What I liked

Surgical admission lounge was well organised

Calm ward that I was in

food was fine, choice was good

What could be improved

The anaethettist did not clean my skin before putting in my cannula

Nurses did not use alchol gel inbetween patients or after giving my injection

My date of birth was not checked before giving me medicine

The newspaper trolley round is going to stop which is a shame

Please be reassured that there are no plans for the trolley service which is provided to patients to be stopped.
