What I liked
The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly & the atmosphere at all times was extremely pleasant. You never have to wait for anything & everything is delivered with a smile. The operating theatres are just fantastic, we're so lucky to have them locally. I would recommend St Michael's to everyone - I never want to go anywhere else! I had a hip replacement this time & am now waiting to return for a knee replacement - to be given such gifts by the NHS is something to be very thankful for.
What could be improved
The food is pretty dire but it does keep you from starvation!
