What I liked

I would like to thank all the staff involved at the Treatment Centre.

I was recalled after a routine mammogram & dealt with very quickly & luckily everything has turned out ok.

The staff were so friendly & very efficient, making the tests & surgery less frightening & NOT painful.

What could be improved

The only slightly negative comment I have to make is that although I was asked if it was ok for me to receive texts on my mobile (which it was) it would be a good idea to let patients know that if a text comes in, don't panic!

I received one, just to confirm my next appointment, but I have to admit my heart sank when I saw NHS, I immediately thought they were calling me in early.
