What I liked
I telephoned first re a cut to my hand, I considered it may need stitching and asked whether I should go to Durham, I was told they could sort it. When I called in they remembered my call and the treatment I revived was excellent with all the staff being courteous.
Hopefully I do not need to go back for anything else, but I would have no hesitation in calling in the future – excellent service
