What I liked

Quick efficient friendly and caring. Very impressed with thoughtful and decisive

treatment. Even did appropriate joke to put us at ease ! Helped book follow up appt too Many thanks

What could be improved

Less negative media coverage which appears very unfair

This is the 3rd experience in 5 years or so and I feel embarrassed to

say the first time I have bothered to rate the hospital. Each time has been

very good and staff great even under immense pressure. I think we should all

be rather more proud of our local Hospital
