Brilliant Staff. Excellent service on the wards and from the consultants, doctors and all ward staff

What could be improved

the ct scan booking procedure needs updating and perhaps another booking clerk to man the phone. I tried unsuccessfully to confirm ann appointment and was repeatedly placed on a fax machine in spite of using the one and only phone number you sent. I suggest you check out and rectify a very frustrating method of appointment confirmation. Perhaps using another number in case as is happening I cant get through to you.
