What I liked
Nothing
What could be improved
The triage nurse that saw me was abrupt and rude.
The doctor that saw me was incompetent and sent me home without properly diagnosing my shoulder injury.

We are very sorry that you felt you were not treated in a good way. As you do not provide many details it would be difficult for us to identify where we could improve. However if you felt able to contact our PALS department (patient advice and liaison service) we may be able to investigate further.
