What I liked

Culture of all staff came into contact with was extremely positive. Everyone was supportive and caring - a big change from previous experiences with hospital many years ago.

What could be improved

very little !

Main comment would be the patient TV service - not easy to understand and use - particularly for someone who is ill, and has communication problems. Also - very expensive.

Anything else?

Teams (cleaning staff, Catering staff, HCAs, Nurses, Sisters, , Radiologists, Doctors) on CDU, Xray, Castle and Hopkins were fantastic. My father has significant communication problems and was very poorly, everyone took the time to make sure he understood what was happening and treated him with respect.
