"Receptionist with a big heart"

What I liked

I would like to make specific comments about the receptionist on duty in the A&E department around midnight on 10 June.

He is the most professional receptionist I've come across in a hospital.

i.e. immediately acknowledges the person in front of him, uses clear communication, makes eye contact throughout, is always helpful and polite -even with repeated enquiries about waiting times.

He is a wonderful human being, please give him a big thank you.

It really makes all the difference when you arrive in distressed state.
