"A minor operation but a pleasant experience thanks..."

What I liked

I had a minor operation which was done by one of the doctors. He treated me with respect and care. The staff working with him were also excellent. I was concerned prior to the operation but was put at ease very quickly. The stitches I was given were very neat and I would not be hesitant if the need required me to go back.

Thank you for a pleasant experience which could've been so much the opposite.
