What I liked

The staff in the theatre and Ward 5 then Ward 2 were excellent made my stay comfortable. There were extremely friendly and approachable.

What could be improved

My room was never cleaned my whole stay.

Dear Mr Stewart - thank you for taking the time and trouble to post your views about Frenchay Hospital Neurosurgery Department on this website. I am please that your stay was comfortable and that the staff provided professional and friendly care.

I am sorry that your room was not cleaned during your stay. I understand that the cleaning services did operate as normal during your stay on Ward 5 and so cannot explain the problem. However I have passed on your comments to the Ward Matron to make her aware and to ensure any potential problem is quickly resolved. I have also passed on your positive comments to the appropriate staff.
