What could be improved

visited urgent care centre with daughter complaining of severe abdominal pain, sat in waiting area for 2hours until reviewed by doctor. She should have been reviewed earlier by nursing staff and there were trollies availiable for her to lie on to be more comfortable whist waiting to be seen, none of this was offered. No care or compassion was shown to her by the nurses.
