As a carer, I was discussed at the lack of communication between staff and patient and staff and myself. As a carer, I was disgusted to find how little staff knew about how to manage insulin for a diabetic patient. As a carer I was horrified at how long my husband had to wait for pain killing meds.

I did not like the way a young doctor pinned me in a corner and snarled at me until I cried.

I did not complain and I am not complaining, I am merely stating facts.
