What I liked

I was seen promptly by caring and polite staff. The Consultant was very thorough and explained fully the tests to be carried out. After the consultation I had blood tests and X-rays all completed within one hour of the appointment start time.

What could be improved

I was very impressed by the nursing and medical staff, but the reception staff were not welcoming and quite aggressive.

Anything else?

Well done Addenbrooke's - the patient definitely seems to come first.
