What I liked

I had great treatment at this hospital. My consultant was thorough, polite and friendly. They listened to everything I had to say about my condition and kept me informed throughout of their thoughts and what actions would be taken. I had several diagnostic tests done here and all were completed within a fortnight.

What could be improved

One of my appointments was written down incorrectly by the booking staff. When I arrived for this appointment their system said I was 30 minutes late and I had to produce an appointment card given to me by the booking staff to prove they had given me the incorrect time. Luckily, my consultant was free to see me.
