"not good"

About: Lister Hospital

What I liked

staff was friendly but was booked in then saw the nurse in little room and said would be a 2half hour waiting time

i waited 3 nearly 4 hours and then i was not waiting anymore i knocked to tell them was going home and waited outside for 10mins at that point was very angry as was in alot of pain so i just left

What could be improved

waiting time and telling u how long u have to wait should not be any longer

We're very sorry that this was the case. Whilst it is important that our staff keep those waiting in our A&E department aware of any delays, of course they are also dealing with life-threatening emergencies that sometimes mean that people with less urgent conditions have to wait a little longer than anticipated.
